The Bambi Awards, one of the most glamorous award ceremonies in Germany, took place in Munich again this year and attracted numerous stars and starlets to the red carpet. The evening was hosted by Victoria Swarovski – and she caused quite a stir with her evening gown on the red carpet!

Victoria Swarovski captivated guests at the Bambi Gala with a breathtaking outfit that was reminiscent of a fashion phenomenon: Jennifer Lopez’s legendary Versace dress. For this special evening, the 31-year-old opted for a green chiffon gown by Roberto Cavalli, reminiscent of the unforgettable creation with which JLo caused a sensation at the Grammy Awards in 2000.

The parallels are unmistakable: a deep V-neckline, sophisticated cut-outs, and a long train. Victoria Swarovski’s dress combined all of these elements but interpreted them in a modern way. Unlike the Versace original, the Cavalli version dispensed with the famous palm tree print. However, it also featured a backless design and dazzling accents.
